The Website provides information about Bright Futures' children's residential care services, our homes in London and Kent, career opportunities and how to make a placement referral or general enquiry. The Website is provided for information and enquiry purposes only.

Submitting a referral, enquiry or job application through the Website does not create any contract or guarantee of a placement, response, interview or offer of employment. Provision of care services is subject to separate assessment, agreements and our regulatory obligations.

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when using our forms.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to share any personal data about a third party (for example, a child) that you submit to us, and that doing so is lawful.
• You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Website by, anyone else.

You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or any connected system or database.
