What you’ll do

  • Provide day-to-day emotional and physical support to vulnerable children and young people
  • Build trusted relationships based on empathy, resilience and respect
  • Work within care plans, safeguarding frameworks and therapeutic approaches
  • Collaborate with families, colleagues and external agencies
  • Contribute to service improvement projects and strategic initiatives alongside senior leaders
