What you’ll do
- Provide day-to-day emotional and physical support to vulnerable children and young people
- Build trusted relationships based on empathy, resilience and respect
- Work within care plans, safeguarding frameworks and therapeutic approaches
- Collaborate with families, colleagues and external agencies
- Contribute to service improvement projects and strategic initiatives alongside senior leaders

What you’ll do
- Provide day-to-day emotional and physical support to vulnerable children and young people

- Study towards a nationally recognised qualification alongside hands-on practice
What we offer
- £18,000 – £22,000 per annum — earn while you learn
- Fully funded apprenticeship training and nationally recognised qualification on completion
- Internal progression based on performance, not tenure
- Dedicated mentoring, coaching and structured on-the-job training
- Health & Wellbeing Programme, company pension and free parking
